Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

"Customer Data" means any data that Customer or its Users input into the Products for processing in connection with this Agreement, including any personally-identifiable information (“Personal Data”) forming part of such data.

Customer may select the Personal Data it inputs into the Products at its sole discretion; ER4U TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD has no control over the nature, scope, origin, and/or the means by which Customer acquires Personal Data processed by the Products. ER4U TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD will comply, and will ensure that its personnel comply, with the requirements of applicable privacy laws and regulations governing Customer Personal Data in ER4U ERP'S possession or under its control. Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that it complies with any legal, regulatory or similar restrictions applicable to the types of data Customer elects to process with the Products. Customer remains responsible for properly handling and processing notices regarding Personal Data of Customer’s clients and Users.

The Products grant Customer the ability to independently backup Customer Data. Accordingly, Customer is responsible for performing regular backups of Customer Data. Nevertheless, ER4U TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD will regularly perform backups of Customer Data stored in the Products. ER4U TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD will assist Customer in recovering and restoring Customer Data to the Products to the extent commercially feasible. Customer understands and agrees that ER4U TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD is not responsible for any loss or corruption of Customer Data or other software.

Unless otherwise stated, ER4U and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on ER4U. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from http://www.er4u.in website and software for your own personal or business use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Redistribute content from ER4U (unless content is specifically made for redistribution) website or Software

In any plan, eR4u modifies the Bill & Barcode print format only once at the time you buy a new license of eR4u Product. During the Onboarding process once you give the approval consent I Agree or 30 days has been completed with your live usage of our product we consider it as completed. Post completion of above terms, any changes in the formats or designing a new print format shall be chargeable. Charges: INR 3000 + GST per format.

Any Fetaures or modules which are not listed in your plan shall be chargeable if you wish to avail those features or modules, features and modules are subjected to availibilty.

If you wish to change your store name, GST Number etc which causes changes in the licensing of the product sold to you,charges are applicable Rs 3000+GST

Data Upload Policy: As part of our commitment to providing quality service, please be advised that we do not guarantee data migration from your existing ERP or software. However, should you choose to migrate data, we require proper Excel sheets in the formats specified by our system. These Excel sheets must contain confirmed and validated data from your end. Upon receiving the Excel sheets meeting our requirements, our dedicated team will facilitate the upload process into the ER4U software. It is imperative that the provided data adheres to the desired formats outlined by our system. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our data upload policy. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In case of offline software versions, If you have formatted your windows/linux/macbook or software has been removed from your system, for re-installation of software in any circumstances required from your end in which complete installtion has to be done along with printer setup, the services charges for same is Rs 2500+GST

The Unlimited e-Bill SMS facility in premium, enterprise, enterprise max, enterprise plus lifetime plans is activaed for 1 year only from the date of purchase. Post this tenure if customer wants to use this facility they have to pay Rs 2500+GST for 10,000 SMS pack.

1. The following organizations may link to our Web site without prior written approval:

  1. Scheduled Updates : All major updates will be scheduled in advance, and clients will be notified of the timing and impact, if any, on services.
  2. Standard Features : Updates to enhance the core functionality of the software will be provided to all users as part of our standard offerings at no additional cost.
  3. Customizations : Requests for specific customizations outside of the standard functionality will be evaluated and implemented as a chargeable service, subject to approval and agreement on cost and timeline.
  4. Downtime Notification : In the rare event that a software update requires temporary downtime, clients will be informed at least 12-24 hours prior to the scheduled maintenance.
  5. Support During Updates : Our team is available to provide assistance during and after updates to ensure a smooth transition and address any concerns promptly.

• Note - please read all the points carefully for software update as once the software gets updated it will not be reverted back in any manner. As per the organisation policy, software updates are mandatory to deliver you hassle free product & services.

• Please be informed that our servers will undergo scheduled maintenance to enhance performance and ensure seamless operations. The maintenance window is as follows:
  1. Time: 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM
  2. Furthermore, if you have requested for the software update over call to any of the support members then they will proceed for the software at the same time as well by providing you all the information of software update.

  3. You'll not able to perform any kind of entry in your old link in any manner. You can only see the data in your older link. Also, the older link will get closed automatically in 2 months from the date of Software Update.
